1. Fluent in English , Kannada/Tamil/Malayalam /Hindi comm & phone etiquette.
2. Talkative person who should be able to overcome the entry barriers while reaching the right person.
3. Positive attitude, patience while co-coordinating with clients.
4. Ability to understand requirements of prospects.
5.High levels of passion and ownership.
6. Should have good knowledge of internet searches like Google , Fundoodata , Indiamart etc
7. Experience in BPO industry (voice Process) /Tele calling/telesales inbound calls out bound calls.
Job Description:
1.Co-ordinate between Sales Team & Clients for business development.
2. Be solely responsible for continuous follow-ups with clients until prospects are converted into buyers.
3. Putting together business cases for the sales teams to support their proposals .Comfortable with handling data of Sales Admin, Customer Service parameters.
4. Comfortable with handling data of Sales Admin, Customer Service parameters.
5. Interact with clients to know their property requirements, suggest suitable properties, Follow up for Site Visits, Guide clients for Site visit purpose, know their whereabouts, co-ordinate with Sales Team & Team Manager for executing -Site Visits and ensure client is followed up until closure.
6. Thoroughly knowledgeable of products and related processes for ensuring top most experience at all milestones of customer life cycle journey from sourcing to conversion & Reference generation.
7. Creating Daily & weekly reports and submission to the superiors.
