JOB DESCRIPTION:
Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; equity investments.
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Updates job knowledge by participating in reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
Technical Skills:
Basic Knowledge of Microsoft office.
Usage of the internet.
Knowledge about selling software development (website, mobile application, SEO, SMO, SMM, Digital Marketing). Requirements:
Proven working experience as a business development manager/executive, sales executive or a relevant role
Proven sales track record, territory Management & Closing Skills.
Experience in customer support is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
Proficiency in English
Market knowledge & Presentation Skills.
Communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport
Time management, planning skills & Professionalism
Education:
UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization, B.Com - Commerce, B.B.A / B.M.S - Management
PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
