Job Description
We have an urgent requirement for a person for the position of Admin Executive for our organization KKSPUN INDIA LTD. The requirement is for our Projects which are ongoing in (Maihar)Madhya Pradesh Location.Position: Admin Executive (Male candidate only)
Experience required: Min 4 years
Salary: 2 - 3 LPA
Educational Qualifications: Graduation is Mandatory (Any stream)
Industry: Construction/ Infra/ Engineering/ Cement

Job Description:
1. Taking care of all administrative activities, expenses, & supervision of safety/security.
2. Completing joining formalities of new joinees and send the documents in the Head Office.
3. Control & supervision of Labour camp, Supervisor Camp, Engineer's accommodation, Managers accommodation etc.
4. Transportation & Accommodation for staff, workmen & visitors.
5. Maintaining attendance at the sites and reporting the same to the Head Office.
6. Proper maintenance of company guest house.
7. Daily reporting to the Head Office.
8. Follow-up & cross checking of Manpower, Report of Labour (DLR).
Required Skills:
1.Candidate should have strong interpersonal & communication skills and a commanding personality.
2.Candidate should have strong experience of working in EPC (Construction) industry.
3.Candidate should be able to handle and control issues pertaining to project sites/ plants.
4.Candidate should be able to work under pressure.
5.Candidate should be available 24x7 for queries regarding work.
