Urgent Requirement for Team Manager - Tellecalling

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Team handling of telesales employees
• Help team to achieve daily/monthly goals of sales
• Resolve team doubts and queries from time to time basis
• Make quality control process in the operation
• Take care of other activities related to employees handling
• Help in creating and maintaining leads and target lists for potential new customers over the phone
• Identify potential target areas
• Identify sales blitz opportunities
• Developed sales strategies to increase market share from the local level to the national level.
• Motivate the team to achieve targets individually.
• Confident and target-oriented
• Make call auditing regularly
• Give regular reports to management
