Desired Candidate Profile

Develop & maintain .Net applications using standards and best practices. Performs support and maintenance on .NET corporate applications .
Ability to lead and participate in mentoring junior resources and lead initiatives within the project Ability to review code quality
Candidate must possess 4+year experience in object oriented development using Microsoft .Net and NET framework. Resolving code defects Ability to use C#.NET, and ASP.NET to design application architecture and solution development. Ability to code, test, and support .NET web applications using ASP.NET, C#, MVC, HTML, CSS, AJAX, JavaScript, JQuery and ADO.NET using VS 2010/2012
Must have Experience supporting web applications using SQL, SQL Server Integration Services, C#, .NET, ASP.NET, and SQL Server Reporting Services
Must have knowledge in integration with other applications like SAP, CRM etc.
Hands-on knowledge in Mobile App development and MDM .
Domain knowledge on HR, Sales, Service & Finance are preferable.
Participates in the development of user manuals, user procedures, technical support documentation and operational procedures
Candidate must be able to understand and create moderate to complex technology solutions for various products of our company.
Candidate should be a self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team-player and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills, strong communication skills, both written and oral. Ability to multi-task & support multiple priorities / multiple deliverables
Need to work closely with cross functional team.
Working Knowledge on SAP & any of BI Tool would be an added advantage
