Job Description

Designation : Service Technician - Preferred Candidate: Male only [Both Indoor and Outdoor]

Knowledge  : Service knowledge (Kitchen/Home Appliances)

Experience : 0-5 years

Eligibility     : Qualification-ITI/Diploma in (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics)

Language known: Tamil

Salary: 11000 (CTC) for Fresher / 13500 17000 (CTC) for Experience 

Accommodation will be provided if required.

Job Description :

• Trouble shooting and handling of complaints for various kitchen and hotel equipment including wet grinder, Mixer grinder, gas stoves, rice cooker, induction stove, kettles, fan, etc
• visiting clients wherever required to solve the complaint (Outdoor)
• Relevant experience in the same industry preferred for experience candidates.
• suitable for handling client in critical issue in the area with repairing and servicing
• Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database
• Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits/allocated service(Outdoor)
• Order, install, and return spare parts and manage repair parts cycle time
• If any spares requirement then update the requirement in the software.
• Provide training to new service engineer
• Assisting the team
• Good communication skills in local language.
• Installation and demonstration
• Co ordinate with Service coordinators for job allocation, service, spares and reports.
• Any other work that may be assigned from time to time.
