Interview Candidates for Prospective Line Staff Positions.
Responsible for Senior Level Middle Level Recruitment.
Mainly for Non It/ It
Ensure Staff and Manager Awareness of Hr Policies and Procedures.
Make Sure the Joining Maintain the Records of Joining .
Coordinate with Client Company Hr. Head for Candidates.
Negotiating Pay and Salary Rates and Finalizing Arrangements.
