Job Description

Job Role:

Provide customer service by addressing complaints related to order status, Inventory, Billing related queries, through web-chat and email based communication tools.

1-year Customer Service Experience in Chat (preferably in a contact center)

Schedule Flexibility (Able to work over the weekends with a shift schedule within 6 AM to 12 AM CST)
Type Minimum 30 WPM

Undergraduate & above (No backlogs & Not pursuing any regular studies).
Candidates with 0 to 3 years experience in BPO Industry.
Age <= 30 years.
