Job Description
- Prepare project schedule on MSP with critical path and analysis etc.
- Responsible for project deliverable within agreed timeline.
- Follow-up with contractors to carry out the deliverable
- Highlight the key issues with internally / consultant
- Monitor quality of workmanship
- Validate the BOQ measurements
- Provide winning solutions as part of the pre-sales process including responding to formal or informal Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
- Contribute to Engineering Design for the RFPs and complete the data center project in time.
- Achieving operational efficiencies & reliability during the entire life cycle of the data center project
- Constantly study the best practices currently being deployed across the Data Center Industry and adapt / customize & deploy.
- Monitor the need of statutory compliances in project and initiate its procedure to avail in-consultation with internal team
- Evaluate data and trends to identify improvement opportunities and associated issues and risks. Review technical specifications and requirements and ensure implementation
- In depth technical knowledge of electrical / HVAC / IBMS basics and infrastructure system
- Relevant working experience upto 4 years in respective field.
- Should have Passed Diploma / Engineering in First class/Distinction
- Working knowledge of scheduling tools, including MS Project , all aspects of project start-up, shutdown and execution control processes as well as strongvendor/client relationship management
- Highly self-motivated and self-driven in nature
- Good in communication skills
- Broad understanding of Data Center infrastructure technology
- Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, Ability to influence and manage in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Ability to work extended hrs and on holidays as and when required
- Networking and inter-personal skills
- Team working attitude
