1. Initialize a project by coming up with a general concept and presenting the idea with a rough layout that might include sketches or digital illustrations
2. Once the design has been approved, convert to prototype within project specifications and expectations
3. Produce the finished product, coordinate with external vendors if required
4. Have strong conceptualization skills across media print, film, digital
5. Produce digital animation for various projects, such as websites, online magazines, advertisement material, mobile apps and videos
6. Improve existing graphics and images for websites or videos, make suggestions, provide updated images and implement approved changes
7. Conduct usability tests on projects, spot flaws or issues in designs and make corrections and improvements to enhance user experience
8. Sound design sense to be able to pick out and adapt the right image to match the tone of the website or digital creative
9. Good grasp upon English to be able to place and edit text on creatives and websites

Technical Skills:

1. Programming languages must have knowledge of various languages to design web pages and applications, such as HTML, CSS, Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL, PHP, .NET & Angular
2. Adobe Creative Suite software should be adept at the various Adobe software required in web development and graphic design such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, also CorelDraw
3. Strong in video editing and good command over video editing software
4. Content Management Systems / Website Builders like WordPress, Wix, Joomla, Drupal, Google Sites, etc.
5. Knowledge of photography & videography
