- Min 1 -4 years of experience in Telesales / Telemarketing process.
- Experienced candidates should be from outbound Tele calling background either from retail outbound telesales, collections or retention.
- Must Have excellent communication skills in English.
- fluency in regional language is a must without any traces of
colloquial accent and Multi-lingual will be added advantage.
- Willing to work on day shift on rotational basis -WFH / WFO.
- Should have desktop / Laptop / smart phone with 4G Volte
Connection with good network and internet stability.
- Basic Excel and Word & Average typing speed
Points to be noted:
- Candidates should have good stability in previous job.
- Target candidates from outbound tele calling background either from retail outbound telesales, collections or retention.
- Avoid not working cases for more than 45days; deviation can be
considered for the genuine reason.
- Target competitors - Internet , Ecommerce. BFSI segment. - Sulekha, Just Dial, Club Mahindra, Shaadi, JS, HDFC Ergo etc
- Upsell, verification and lead generation profiles would not be considered.
- Should be openness to stretch on timings and meet targets.
- On roll Job ; Fixed Salary +Incentives - Based on the performance.
