Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
Monitor and Manage Production Plan as per Schedule
Support Shop floor Team to maintain Safety in system
Record and documentation of all manufacturing Details
Man Power Handling , Shifting , Training to improve their Skills as per requirement
Shop floor Management and administration
New Initiatives for better environment and productivity
Study , Propose and plan to execute new system to easier the way of working as continuous improvement
Follow up and execution of new system @ place
Involvement in new project activities which is key focus area for improvement
Safety Planning , Training , Adherence
Daily MIS reporting system
Desired Candidate Profile
preferably from Ceramic / Glass industries or any Continuous process industries
Able to handle New Project Activities / Execution on time - Tracking Record
Shift / Shop floor Management Abilities
Knowledge of Production Planning Control and Dispatch
Knowledge of Auto cad is preferred but not compulsory
