Job Description

The purpose of this position is to manage multiple functions of building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus or portfolio of buildings. Heshe will manage technical aspects and oversee soft services.

Manages vendor relationships and trains vendors on work order and billing procedures.
A DiplomaDegree in Electrical Engineering, with 10-12 years experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently without supervision, client -handling experience.
Should have handled sites of atleast 80-100,000 sq.ft.
Team handling experience for atleast 2 years.
