Job Description
The Assistant Manager - Engineering will be part of the onsite Facility management team for a reputed client in Bangalore (Electronic City) and will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all engineering utility equipment on site.
The ideal candidate must have 7 - 10 years of relevant experience in operations & maintenance of Engineering services in a mediumlarge sized facility along with the following:
1. A DiplomaBachelor of Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
2. Sound technical knowledge of the following:
UPS, DG sets and Electrical distribution system
HVAC and Ventilation systems.
BMS, FAS, WLDS, PAS, VESADA.
Pre action Sys., Hydrant and sprinkler systems.
3. Report preparationMIS reporting skills.
4. Willingness to work in shifts.
