Experienced Power Delivery Network (PDN) specialist to work in development of PDN solutions for high speed CPU based SOC products. Candidates must be experienced with proposing and analyzing PDN solutions on high volume complex mobile products. This position requires the ability to work effectively with multiple engineering teams (chip design, package design and board design) to develop optimized solutions for each targeted device market.Good background in any one PNR tool (preferable FE), with SOC level experience in bumps /pads/padring design & ESD convergence. Expertise with industry standard PDN analysis tools (preferably Apache). Advanced knowledge of on-die PDN solutions for large complex SOCs including multiple voltage domains, on die decoupling elements, and power switching schemes.
