Free cab facility (to Dwarka, gurgaon, mehruali,sultanpur, Ghittorni, Mahipalpur, AF Rajokri, Rajorkri, Manesar and other near by location in Gurgaon and chattarpur(Saturday & Sunday's are fixed off)

DESCRIPTION:
The GCFS Contact Center Representative's primary responsibility is to manage internal & external customer queries and complaints. They will be asked to process orders, execute modifications, and escalate complaints across various communication channels. To do this well, they will need to have extensive experience working with customers and have a calm and solution-focused approach to their work.
The Contact Center Representative support customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to inquiries and complaints. They're the front line of support for our internal team and they help ensure customers are satisfied with products, services and features.
Customer service duties and responsibilities generally include, but are not limited to, answering phone calls and emails, responding to customer questions and complaints, and walking customers through basic troubleshooting or setup processes.
OBJECTIVES:
- Timely execution of pre-defined call center tasks for European, Asia Pacific and the Americas regions; including planning for onsite service to assisting Field System Engineers (FSE)
- Successfully manage communications with the customers and internal stakeholders
- Build strong relationship with our internal business partners to strengthen our ability to deliver a superior customer experience
- Effectively communicate with customers using a multitude of channels to provide world class service with every interaction
- Work successfully for the global team on short term project for the temporary role
- Maintain a solid track record of analyzing product failure for problem identification and prioritization of necessary corrective actions
- Grasp and apply new concepts quickly and effectively in a results-driven environment
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Point of contact for all internal colleagues for the European, Asia Pacific and the Americas regions, includes the Scheduling team, Fields Service Engineer, Service Business Managers, Sales team members
- Responsible for critical tasks within the Contact Center, such as: creating service orders for annual onsite services, planning services in advance, following up with customers on outstanding onsite confirmations, assisting Field Service Engineers with daily tasks (ordering parts, closing service orders), etc
- Responds promptly to all internal/external customer inquiries, in local language via email, phone, instant messenger.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers always.
- Accountable for customer satisfaction and developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty
- Escalates any potential internal issues to ensure timely resolution
- Gain an in-depth knowledge of Agilent tools, process and procedures, shows ability to follow them with high attention to detail
- Ensures all working relationships follow Standards of Business Conduct.
QUALIFICATION/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate/Post-Graduate
- 5-6 years of previous work experience with "Customer Care" preferred
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, includes Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint - Access Skills are a plus
- Ability to solve complex issues that are in the best interest of customers and the company
