Job Description

Periodic Review of testing projects for timely delivery and mitigation of issues arising out of test execution (QTP / Selenium knowledgeable) - Ensuring Compliance to customer specific QA process by the team Ensuring periodical Customer satisfaction as per org norms - Ensuring Employee Satisfaction as per org norms - Implementation of Lean and Delivery Led Value initiatives across all the projects in Testing portfolio - Ensuring the team is upskilled by leveraging the Workforce Transformation initiative - Handling customer escalations and coming up with Causal analysis for the issue n- Timely reporting of status with Wipro leadership team - Ensuring the fulfilment of open positions - Involvement in drafting testing proposals for new (or renewal) opportunities in Testing - Budget management in Confluence and order booking (quarterly basis) - Timely extension of team members in the project - Ensuring timely submission of invoices and follow up for payments - Ensuring timely submission of quarterly/annual appraisals - Have a transformation mindset
