This is to inform you that we do openings in aviation industry for the profiles of cabincrew, Groundstaff and Ticketing Executive.
CabinCrew :
Responsibilities
- Welcoming passengers on board and directing them to their seats.
- informing passengers of the aircraft safety procedures and ensuring that all hand luggage is securely stored away.
- checking all seat belts and gallery are secure prior to take-off.
- making announcement on behalf of the pilot and answering questions during the flight ;
- serving meals and refreshments;
- selling duty-free goods and advising passengers of any allowance restrictions in force at their destination;
- Reassuring passengers and ensuring that they follow safety procedures correctly in emergency situations.
- Giving first and where necessary.
Eligibility Criteria
- Indian national between 19 to 35 years
- minimum qualification: HSC
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- At least 155 cm tall with weight in proportion to height
- Well groomed with a clear complexion
- mature and positive with strong interpersonal and communications skills
- No visible scars/ marks on face and hand
- No tattoo
Groundstaff
Responsibilities
- Checking passengers in for flights
- Re-routing or re-booking passengers whose flights have been cancelled or delayed
- Assisting disabled passengers or those travelling with young children
- Giving passengers up-to-date information on flights
- Assisting passengers with all enquiries, including lost or delayed baggage
- Assisting staff in carrying out security checks as and when the situation arises
- Delivering high levels of customerservice to passengers and those travelling through the airport
- Indian national between 19 to 28 years
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: HSC
- fluent in English and Hindi
- At least 155 cm tall with weight in proportion to height
- Well groomed with a clear complexion
- minimum age requirement from 18 or 0 years
Air Ticketing Executive
Responsibilities include a full range of customerservice functions. They assist passengers with tagging luggage and baggage check in, ticketing, makes and/or changes reservations, seat assignment, answers inquiries about flight schedules and fares, verifies reservations by phone, figures fares and handles payment.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: HSC
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- At least 155 cm tall with weight in proportion to height
- Well-groomed with a clear complexion
- Minimum age requirement varies from 18 to 30 years
