Drive Recruiters and BD people performance
Client Acquisition and Account Management
Get Business from old clients
Job DescriptionThis role will involve in getting new clients on board from various domain especially IT/E-commerce, Finance, Automobile, Infrastructure, manufacturing, Fintech etc.
Ideal candidate should have minimum work experience of 4 - 8 Years in Manpower Placement Consultancy, having exposure in New clients acquisition & manage those accounts
Identify potential clients across Country
Arrange introductory meetings with top management & HR Heads
Prepare and present proposals and follow up to win new projects.
Comfortable with travelling part for client meeting.
Comfortable to work as Individual contributor ( IC role) and later build his/her own team (at present we have 1 Manager-BD & Sourcing sits in NCR)
Should be comfortable to bring atleast 5-7 good clients every month worth INR 7-10 lac business monthly
20 to 30% role also include to source candidates for Sr. Level opening
Other duties as and when assigned by management
Competencies
Be fluent in Communication
Strong Convincing & Presentation skills
Excellent field subject knowledge
Language skills: Hindi and English
Proficient with MS Office Suite especially MS Word, MS Excel and PPT
Self-motivated, high levels of initiative, willingness to learn and execute various tasks to meet tight deadlines
Background requirement
Masters in any discipline
Must be from the same Industry
4 -8 years of previous experience of BD in the required domain
