Hands on Experience in Core Java , JSP
Experience in Open Source frameworks like Struts,Hibernate & Spring.
Experience in Scripting Language like JavaScript.
Experience of any relational database (MySQL,Oracle,Postgres)
Experience of Reporting software Jasper ireport
Experience in software development life cycle with real life project
Good communication skills.
