Job Description
Responsibilities:Oversee all transactions related to general ledger, receivables, payables, payroll and financial reporting
Analyzing company financials.
Ensure timely month-end-close
Implement and maintain internal controls
Depreciation and capitalization of fixed assets
Maintenance and guidance around capital financing, transfers between companies, and Equity
Implementing and updating accounting policies
Monitor and Manage Cashflow
Statutory Compliance (Companies Act regulations documentation and filing)
Prepare and submit quarterly TDS returns
Submit ERP liability payments
Provident Fund and Employee State Insurance maintenance and filing
Shops and establishment act filing
Representation before government authorities
Audit representation (Lead and Prepare documentation for the completion of external audits)
Managing all tax compliance with all requires federal, state, local, payroll, property, ERP, and other applicable taxes
Provide training and guidance to Accounting team
Acquisitions consultant
Background:
CPA/CA Qualifications
Excellent communication skills
Payroll experience (India, UAE and US Preferred)
Advanced Excel Experience
Ability to work independently and as a team
High level confidentiality
Preferences:
15 years+ of experience in Accounting
