Project Engineer /Process engineer @ A Plus Consultants

Job Description

Preparation of P&ID, scope chart and Equipment Layout.
Review and checking of drawings like P&ID, Equipment GA Drawing, Equipment layout, orientation plan of equipment, Isometric View of piping and its support, PLC panel Drawing Internal dimension drawing.
Basic and detail engineering.
Heat and Mass balance.
Preparation of Process data sheet for Bought out like Pumps, Air filter, Air Heater, Blower, Atomizer and Instrumentation like control valves, Level Transmitter, pressure transmitter, Temperature Transmitter, Vortex Flow meter, Magnetic flow meter, Rota meter.
Selection of Pumps, Instruments, valves, pipe and pipe fittings according to process requirement.
Making bar chart to complete the project successfully within stipulated time period.
Costing of Evaporation and drying plant like process Equipment and bought out items etc.
Interacting and co-ordinating with all department in the office.
Preparation of BOQ, BOM of project.
Interacting with clients to understand their specific requirements & executing projects accordingly.
Involving in directing project initiatives like defining technical specifications, reporting & documentation of project.
Preparing Technical offer for Evaporation and dryer plants.
