Job Description

We are seeking an individual who can handle end to end activities involved in a demonstration project (across multiple locations) by Rexil India. The individual will be reporting to the director.
Minimum Qualification: BSC in Agriculture
Experience: Min 2 years of experience covering the following aspects:
Agriculture domain
Business Development
Project Management
Responsibilities:
As an Agricultural Enthusiast:
Apply agricultural knowledge to train farmers on various farming activities to yield excellent results from the task.
Take on managerial roles and supervise progress in agricultural tasks completed by farmers.
Daily planning, organization, supervision and administration of activities on farm estates.
Collection & analysis of relevant data sets from farms to see the results from intervention.
As a Business Development Manager:
Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
Tracks individual contributors and their accomplishments.
Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners.
Discovers and explores business opportunities.
Screens potential business deals by deal requirements
Evaluates options and resolves internal priorities.
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Protects organizations value by keeping information confidential.
Enhances organizations reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
As an overall Project Manager:
Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
Prepares and completes action plans.
Implements production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
Resolves problems, completes audits, identifies trends, determines system improvements, and implements change.
Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
