Position Responsibilities
Managing existing customers and providing them best in class banking services. Ensuring we are the primary bankers for the customer
Enhancement of the relationship by cross-selling products and services as per the profile & need of the customers
Sales across all product segments-TPP and new products
Retention of the customers by providing the best possible services and being the dedicated point of contact for the customers
Increase CASA balance in allocated portfolio
Personal Visit at the Customer place as when required along with Sales Team
Informs customers about new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship

Planning and Organizing Skills
Communication Skills
Should know the local language.
Knowledge of Competition & Current trends in financial Industry
Interpersonal Skills
Will be responsible for maintaining relationships with their Supervisor
Required Candidate profile
Graduation / Master of Business Administration or equivalent
3+ years of experience in Sales, prior experience in Banking essential
