Job Description
Key responsibilities:Coordinating and preparing requirements of reg reports of the Finance department and helping to convert to functional specific documents for the Technology Team.
Working and coordinating with multiple stakeholders across departments for understanding and solutioning dependencies pertaining to finance reports.
Coordination with IT vendor for completion and validation of Business Requirement Documents and facilitate sign off
Coordinate UAT for all in-scope modules and RBI Returns with end users and external testing agencies, if any
Document and maintain audit trail for the entire testing process in coordination with IT, IT vendor and end users
Acquire adequate knowledge of regulatory reporting to interface between IT vendor, customer IT and end user group and eventually becoming the SME on the new system
Creating scalability and efficiency through streamlining and parameterization of ADF reporting. Drive suitable automation of all manual workflows for return preparation and validation post implementation of the Core module
Working in Agile mode.
Work closely with senior management to prioritize information and analytic needs and providing periodic status updates. / Dashboards
Skill sets:
Documenting RBI reporting related requirements
Should have hands-on experience in ADF implementation
Should have worked on databases like PSGL, Imex, Finacle, Factorpro
Should have worked knowledge of Indian GAAP
Should have knowledge of finance related aspects of accounting and regulatory reporting
Sound Knowledge of Automated Data Flow [ADF], Utilize strong database skills to work with large, complex data sets to extract insights.
Team player with enthusiasm, self-starter, initiative and resilience
Proactive, accurate, accountable with strong problem-solving skills
Possess good analytical, written and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with team members and various stakeholders
Chartered Accountant would be an additional advantage.
