The Job

You will be working on monitoring our automated transactional processing. Your responsibilities include - driving service improvements across a given division, managing reporting, working closely with internal stakeholders to continuously improve service levels, providing operational support for the smooth implementation of new add-on features and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
The Profile

You have at least 5 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within a bank.
Understanding of process design and business improvement methodologies would be required.
You have worked with retail banking products in the past roles and have a good knowledge of different products.
You can work as part of teams and also deliver work individually as well.
You are comfortable coaching junior professionals and promoting a culture of following best practices within the team.
You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
