Job Description

Brief about profile

Understanding of Recruitment business
Good knowledge of sourcing CVs
Understanding the requirement/position from the client
Good understanding of Social Media Platform
Follow- up with the clients for the feedback.
Candidate with prior experience in Account management will be preferred.

1-4 years of experience with HR Consultancy firm

Competencies
Be fluent in Communication
Strong Convincing & Presentation skills
Excellent field subject knowledge
Language skills: Hindi and English
Proficient with MS Office Suite especially MS Word, MS Excel
Self-motivated, high levels of initiative, willingness to learn and execute various tasks to meet tight deadlines
Background requirement
Bachelor in any discipline
Must be from the same Industry
1 -4 years of previous experience of HR/BD in the required domain
