We're Hiring for Trade Counsellor
Roles & Responsibilities :

Principal Responsibilities:

1. To act as a single point of contact for all trade related (forex, cross border, domestic etc) product for the region/branches assigned to.

1. Driving Sales of Trade and Forex Business,

• Responsible for income and FCY thru put target set for the TFX products for the respective branches/business being supported
• Support team in achieving customer acquisition plan
• Join and independent call with (sales team) RH, BM, SM & SOs
• Drive product & marketing initiatives launched by central product team
• Meet and service trade related queries & requirement of clients by liaising with Ops/product/central team
• Undertake training of sales & relationship team as subject matter expert
• Team orientation & customer focus

• Knowledge & subject matter expertise in domain is mandatory (RBI guidelines, FEMA & non FEMA guidelines, AML/TBML, understanding of risk framework )

Relevant Exp of 3-5 years with a minimum of 1-2 years in sales
