JOB PROFILE Relationship Manager Sales Relationship Manager - Sales Reporting to Sales Manager/Branch Manager Department
Business Development - Retail
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for revenue generation via introducing new clients by dealing in equity/Mutual Funds/Franchising.
Business/ Operational/ Functional/ Financial Perspective
Acquire quality clients through networking, data base, market intelligence and references from existing clients.
Promoting business and increasing profitability through selling equity/mutual funds and Sub Broker marketing.
Generating Leads through cold calling and references.
Identifying customer needs, assessing their risk appetite and providing them investment solutions through financial planning.
Introduce new clients to Relationship Manager Dealing for hassle free transactions and services.
Maintain records of business on internal software.
Conduct activities for Client Acquisition and Financial Planning.
Ensure compliance as per various regulator and organization guidelines.
Develop and maintain a long term relationship with customers to maintain a high level of retention of client base.
B. Internal/External Responsiveness
Resolution of Employee queries within TAT/responsiveness within TAT (internal/external clients).
Customer/Client relationship Management.
C. Internal process Perspective
Compliance of Organizations philosophy, procedures and Policies.(0% violation of policies ).
MIS /Data Management (Protection & Confidentiality).
Liaison with various departments.
CRM usage.
D. Innovation & Learning Perspective
Updated Knowledge of latest market Trends/Policies of BSE/NSE etc.
New initiatives/ Processes/ Ensure training (self) as organized by Organization's L&D division/ Participation in Emp. Centric Org. Activities/ Surveys/ Seminars.
