Location- Mumbai

Job Description:-

Works with the Managing Director and management team to proactively eliminate financial and legal risk to the organization. Monitors the collection and recording of accounts payables and receivables Ensure security of funds and accurate account coding and entry to the accounting system Ensures reporting to funding sources is proactively and effectively completed by management staff. Monitor the effective purchasing, payment of invoices, and expense reporting in regional/remote virtual offices Manage bank transactions including wire transfers, renewal of Certificates of Deposit, and keeping track of signing authorities.

Job Summary Maintenance of daily books of accounts in tally Passing of Purchase & sales entries Passing of Payment & Receipt entries * Generation & submission of Reports Monthly sales reports Weekly collection reports * Maintaining books of accounts as per the GST norms * Generation of E way bill * Maintenance of inventory * Computation & payment of TDS * Computation & payment of PT * Computation & payment of GST * Generating International import document payments Job Type: Full-time Experience: 5-8 years Industry - Interiors, architecture, Construction
