POST- PLANT HEAD

JOB PROFILE-
- Administering the performance against standards and targets in areas such as Purchase, PPC, Manufacturing and Operating Efficiency, Quality Management System, Cost Control, Productivity, Utilities Services, Dispatch, Inventory Control, Legal & Excise Compliance.
- Handling operations for machine, material efficiency, Purchase, Production, Planning & conformance of product as per specification
- Managing cost cutting projects such as reduction in BOM & cost of capsule by implementing the change in source of raw material
- Conducting activities for optimization of Plant layout to minimize resources and reduce cost of manufacturing
- Interaction between Customer and plant production and follow up with suppliers to ensure smooth running of production line
- Ensuring completion of all manufacturing activity objective such as production as per plan, achieve zero base targets for material shrinkage & per man-hour output, etc.
- Responsible for all Operations of Manufacturing Production Plant
- Responsible (H.O.D.) of Production with Lab & Coating Dept from May~2013 to June~2018.
- Holds the specialization in making Halo phosphor and Tri-bend Phosphor Coating Suspension
- Holds the all types of Production and Quality parameters and their SOPs
- Successfully improved line efficiencies machine efficiency from 85% to 92%
- Modify and control the high speed German & Taiwan line specially in Coating, Moulding and Baker machine
- Efficiently developed robust data by monitoring and controlling system on shop-floor through various log books and reports.
- Played a lead role in Four Hosin Kenri, 6S, VSM technique and Kaizen workshops for reducing Operation costs; monitor the cost and effectiveness of production activities to Optimize Resources, Prioritize Spending, to achieve Volume, Quality and Manufacturing standards
- Developed and implemented Hosin Kenri, Kaizen evaluation and reward system for employee motivation.
- Laurel of receiving certificate of internal auditor ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OSHAS 18001 in 2010
- Pivotal role in TPM implementation through One Point Lesson
- Knowledge of all operations of Plastic sheet & Injection Moulding
