Job Responsibilities

Responsible for Coating Line (Paint Shop) production and Tin plating line.

Trouble shooting in SPM machine.

Working on Coating machines.( liquid painting, Pawder coating)

Preparation and Up gradation of all line related documents.

Maintain 5s and Kaizen activities on shop floor.

Prepare OPL, SOS, ECS, 4M, QCS and PCS & X -BAR CHART.

Improvements through kaizen activities, 5S implementation, training, safety & audits.

To ensure on time delivery of quality parts/assembly to internal & external customers.

Training to operators regarding 5S, kaizen, safety & fire Safety etc.

Resolve Production and Quality related problems.

Quality Measuring Instrument Knowledge like:-DFT Meter , Peel-Test , Rotary abrasion test

Calculate OEE, JPMH, JPH etc.
