Job Description
Job Title: Senior Associate Management Accounts
Job Location: Vikroli
Salary: 3.5 lacs
Job Responsibilities:
Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles.
Preparation of debit note & credit note and booking.
Prepare payroll entries based on payroll report.
Prepare the intercompany receivable invoices based on payroll and expense reports.
Book the intercompany payable based on group recharge invoices.
Prepare Bank Reconciliation Reports.
Book depreciation, amortization, and accrued entries at the end of each month.
Review the employee expense.
Upload Vendor invoices and Issue vendor payment.
Prepare balance sheets and income statements monthly.
Prepare monthly Finance reports
Prepare Input pack and HFM Upload File.
Account Payable process
Co-ordination with Europe colleagues.
Good command on MS office outlook, excel, word
Sense of email tracking knowledge.
Good business communication.
Takes initiative in helping others understand the value of working as a team.
Sharing correct information.
Preparing Reports, Letters and other documents related to accounts.
Escalate issue timely.
Maintaining customer register in ERP Preparation and circulation of statement
of account, Ensure proper entry in ERP.
Keep information confidential and secure them with random database backups.
Variance Analysis.
Relevant Experience & Skills
The incumbent should be a Chartered Accountant/ Inter CA/ MBA/ICWA with a post qualification experience ranging from 2-4 yrs.
