Job Description
Dear Candidate,
We represent a small pharmaceutical eCommerce store, where we require representatives to handle customer support mainly via phone, live chat and emails, candidate must be good and fluent in English to understand and communicate with the customer's all around world.
You must need to have some experience in cold calling and telemarketing as you have to call some peoples to explain our partnership proposals and also to our existing customers.
The candidate will also be handling our social media pages to update them regularly and coordinate with a customer on social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest.
Don't forget to mention your Skype in response, your work timing is Mon - Saturday from 9.00PM to 2. AM, it's 5 hours part-time home based job, You must need to have laptop or desktop with good internet speed.
Only Experience can apply No Freshers Please.
