Job Description

• Should have 10+ Years of experience in Testing
• Manage testing projects during each phase, according to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Defect Reporting though Defect Management Tool .
• Understanding the Business Requirement and able to prepare high level and low level design.
• Knowledge of Defect Management Tool (HP-ALM, QC, JIRA,)
• Ability for Leading and managing the project activities during entire project life cycle.
• Co-ordination with Developer s Team & Vendors for resolving blocking issues.
• Client interaction.
• Knowledge of Testing Concepts.
• Actively improves own individual capability through continual professional development.
• Fair understanding of Pega
• Team Management
• Agile process implementation
