EMC VNX :-
1. Good with the product knowledge, configuration, desgin
2. Complete build of the VNX file from scratch
3. Replication between the source & target VNX
4. DR testing & restore of data from checkpoint
5. Working on DU/DL situation
EMC Isilon:-
1. Good understanding of the prodcuct, configuration & design
2. Build the isilon from scratch
3. Migration of data between the node pool & decomissioning the old nodes
4. Setting up the replications & DR testing
5. DC switch practice
6. Working on DU/DL situation
EMC Unity:-
1. Good with the product knowledge, configuration, desgin
2. Complete build of the Unity file from scratch
3. Replication between the source & target Unity
4. DR testing & restore of data from checkpoint
5. Working on DU/DL situation
EMC Netapp C Mode:-
1. Good with the product knowledge, configuration, desgin
2. Complete build of the netapp file from scratch
3. Replication between the source & target netapp
4. DR testing & restore of data from checkpoint
5. Working on DU/DL situation
As a EMC NAS Admin will be involved in L3 level Storage Management services and product support for various Storage boxes like EMC ISILON, VNX and Unity supported storage solutions across various accounts.
Maintain and Lead various storage solutions. Provide L3 Level technical support, guidance and direction for products supported
Analyze and resolve called out problems. Ensure integrity of supported environment.
Actively and pre-emptively figure out possible faults and causes by the execution of pre-determined health and operational checks
Handle and resolve problems identified by sys admins or monitoring software. Work with change and problem management tools. Hardware /software fault detection and vendor liaison.
Liaise with customer accounts as required. Analyze and resolve raised problems within target. Investigate, identify and document proposals that will improve application recoverability.
