We have urgent opening with our prestigious multinational client (Accenture) for "Customer Support Representative" role in Bangalore location.
Roles & Responsibility
-Providing Support on call to the client
- Fluent in English
Candidate should be ready to Work from office from 17th Aug.
Preferably with their own laptop or desktop for the training period of 2 weeks
Training period : 15 days (Either WFH / Accenture office KR Puram) post which they will be working from Telstra office (Bellandur)
2 way cab to be provided
Location : Bangalore (People from all over Karnataka if they are willing to relocate to Bangalore on an immediate basis)
NP : Immediate joiners / Max NP of 15 days only

Versant(55 and above score will go for Ops Round)

Experience - 6 months 4yrs experience (excellent in communication with some knowledge of telecom industry preferred skill)
Fresher : We will be considering graduates (Non Engineering background)
Experience in Domestic as well as international will be preferred.
Budget : CTC
Freshers : 20k 25k
1 2 Yrs of exp. : 25k 30k
2 3 Yrs of exp. : 30k 34k
3+ : max of 46k
No night shift allowance, No incentives
Shift : Australian shift : shift starting from 2:30AM or 4:30AM , Any 2 days weekly of
