The Profile

- Acting as the focal point for all order fulfillment issues.
- Managing supplier and delivery expectations by closely coordinating with scheduling team and ensuring timely billing and delivery as per Turn Around Time.
- Tracking order changes, cancellations and streamlining processes accordingly.
- Conducting order reviews, processing orders and verifying data, obtaining customer confirmations and following up on deliveries.
- Handling customer order related queries & support, liaising with key internal stakeholders for quality/warehouse issues, processing return shipment as well as repair and replacement administration.
- Ensuring regular review and prompt action on backlogs and devising plans to minimise these in coordination with other teams.
- Tracking and maintaining optimum inventory levels to meet delivery requirements.
The Profile
- You possess a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline and have at least 2 years experience ideally in Order Fulfillment role.
- Experience within Electronics industry would be an advantage.
- You can easily collaborate with vendors, clients and internal teams to track and manage timely order fulfillments.
- You work with a sense of urgency and are empathetic to changes in client requirements.
- You can prioritize activities and have excellent time management skills.
- You have logical approach to issues at hand and can deliver to meet close timelines.
