Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
Building, configuring and setting up the Testing and production environments and supporting the project according to business rules and specifications.
Website creation and configuration, Applied SSL to the website, installing and configuring plugin files in the IIS webservers.
Worked on IVTs and Health Checks for all the applications.
Provided support for IIS webservers while patching the windows servers by wintel team.
Generating the certificates like .pfx , .jks and .p12 formats.
Involved in creating profiles and Managing the Nodes, Application Servers, Clusters.
Involved in Creating Clusters for Load Balancing and Fail-over
Configuring Resources like JDBC Provider, Creating Virtual Hosts, Creating Environment Variables, and Configuring Session Management
Generating backups as required
Interaction and co-ordination with different teams
Involved in troubleshooting and resolving problems encountered when implementing models
Generating Heap Dumps and Core Dumps for analyzing JVM crashes
Assisted with critical system outages, software upgrades, and capacity planning
Coordinated with developers, help desk teams in a 24x7 availability environment
Involved in 24x7 production support.
