Technical engineering manager with project, people, customer management experience;
should have experience in Agile and worked as scrum master;
should be good at stakeholder management, risk & dependency identification;
Should technical strong to guide the team, discussion & negotiate with architect, lead and customer on the solution/design approach, estimation, schedule and quality.
