Key Job Role & KPI details : Responsible for achievement of the sales budget for the area under his control Achieving the sales target and track the profitability & productivity of the channel Responsible for market intelligence and tracking market trends Exploring new products, ideas and providing constant feedback on performance of our products in the market Prepare periodic MIS and track the performance of the advisors and products and providing feedback to the corporate office for the same Implement companys media plan and sales promotional activities Required Qualification / Experience
