Responsible for guiding the development of an agile team into an effective unit with the a sustainable cadence, Encourage, support and guide continuous improvement of the team , its products and processes.

Able to resolve conflicts through arbitration, negotiation, reasoned discussion or escalation etc

Skill set and experience required

2-3yrs of total experience for scrum

Proficient in SQL servers.

Good communication skills

Troubleshooting and follow up abilities

should be comfortable working in night shifts
