Job Description
1. Provide support and maintenance to existing MIS
2. Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner.
3. Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
4. Provide recommendations basis observations in the reports.
5. Analyse the patterns and deep dive on the reasons.
Requirements:-
1. Excellent MIS and Analytical skills to make recommendations based on information collected.
2. Ability to lead and drive automation in reporting and MIS process.
3. Able to anticipate issues before they arise.
4. Must have excellent knowledge in MS excel & MS Access & MS power point
5. Must have 4 to 5 years relevant work experience
6. Must have experience in Managing MIS and profitability reporting in a BPO/ Call Centre.
