Overall Requirements
- A digital tech savvy experienced IT technologist that lives and breathes new tech & web technologies that has grown from Web Applications to new age technologies.
- 10+ years of experience in IT as a Hands-on Technical/Enterprise Architect delivering new-age technologies for organizations.
- Possesses strong knowledge of new Technologies RPA (Robotic Process Automation), BI/Big Data, Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Hands-On experience of .Net & SQL Server database
- Degree in Computer Science, Statistics or relevant field.
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills,
- Self-starter & a willingness to learn/expand/upskill existing knowledge,
- Strong organizational skills with working in teams.
- Candidate should be able to provide Solutions to key business challenges
- Attention to detail
- QSR/Retail domain experience will be preferred
Team Size : 1 direct report + external partners as needed
Technical Skill Requirements
RPA, BI, Big Data, ML, AI, Full Stack, SQL, .net, Web Development, Power BI, Technology Architect, Enterprise Architect
- Experience of automating business processes using Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
- Experience of delivering AI/ML with technologies such as Python, Java.
- Experience in managing Data Lakes and building data visualizations, dashboards using Power BI
- Experience in creating software using technologies of Web Development
- Full stack software development experience (Front End, Middle Tier, Back End/DB).
- Experience with web development technologies and frameworks (Angular JS, javascript, HTML, XML)
- Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML / CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery, JSON)
- Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones.
- Ensuring responsiveness of applications.
- Experience of Agile development
Job Responsibilities
- Drive strategy for new technologies for the organization
- Product evaluation and business case preparation
- Execute / Deliver new technologies to achieve the agreed ROI as in the business case.
- Remain hands-on with the new technologies
- Build new Applications by partnering with Business Stakeholders
- Support Current Web Applications that have been built inhouse e.g. Portals, Utility Bill Management, Refund Management, Reporting MIS, Biometric and Attendance Management System
- Support the Data Warehouse built on SQL
- Support Scripts that have been deployed at stores to collect data into the data warehouse on SQL
- Work closely with the SAP Support team to ensure daily synchronization of data from data warehouse to SAP
