Job Description

Mandatory:

Qualifications: Post-Graduation in Personnel Management/ MBA / MSW-HR&IR
Personal Laptop & Good Internet Connection (WFH due to Pandemic)
Immediate joiners Only
Flexible in work hours

Overview: Responsible for HR Onboarding

Role:

Coordinate with new joiners and assist in uploading documents in Onboarding portal.
Manage employee queries on Zoom calls/emails/mobile.
Validate the documents and update in the portal and ensure highest quality standards in data.
Manage HR induction sessions.
Update and analyze excel data related to onboarding.
Internal and external stakeholder management.
Tech Savvy, resolves candidates queries on issues during digital onboarding.

Skills Required:

Computer proficiency
Effective and excellent communication
Excel data analyzing skills
Team player & integrator/liaison between cross functional team assignments.
Adequate infrastructure to work from home and flexible to report to office when required.
