. Rubber Molding Press Operator (Hydraulic)- 2 2. Rubber Extruder Operator- 2 (Extrusion Machine) 3. Rubber Mixing Mill Operator -2 Rubber Moldiing Machine and Rubber Mixing Machine Operator. Also, he should do cutting, Finishing and Packing related work Sub Roles : Molding

Rubber mixing mills are designed to keep pace with the day-to-day needs of the industry. These Mills ensure perfect and uniform blending of natural and synthetic rubber with other raw materials. A variety of Mixing Mills are available depending upon the kind of raw material to be blended with sizes ranging from 6 13 to 26 84 for compounding, warming, sheeting of various grades and types of rubber and other material. Mixing Mills are equipped with a specially designed Stock blender to assist the operator in mixing the rubber material and chemical powder. It reduces the labor indulgence, provides safer working conditions, lowering the material temperature and speeding the mixing rate of the compounds. The speed of the stock blender can be changed as per requirement irrespective of the mill RPM.
