  • External Audits
Should be well versed with Audit norms required for various social/ethical audits including ISO-9000, environmental safety standards. Several existing Certifications will be due for renewals as well new compliances will need to be taken which include self-assessments for better standards in multiple disciplines. Customers required audits will have to be prepared and attended to across all locations in the company including diamond buying office.
HR compliances

Compliance with laws of the land (including SEZ laws). Basic HR such ESIC, PF, Gratuity norms, Payroll Processing for contract, semi-contract and company payroll employees. Must be aware of various statutory requirements. Must understand contract laws of contract manufacturing. Will be responsible to conduct day-to-day dealings with contractors and related personnel. Liaise with different agencies and HR Consultants.
Culture Re-orientation

Must be able to manage change within the organization, using soft skills to drive about cultural change and shifts. Under supervision, will be responsible for executing small to large measures, aligned with the vision of the Management. Will be staffed on various short term projects from time-to-time. Must coordinate with other senior management in the organization, especially within the areas of Discipline and Security to provide check and balance in the team.
Employee Attraction, Motivation and Growth

Recruitment of new talent to fill up key positions in the organization. Must conduct background checks and references. Attracting fresh talent from both within and outside of the industry to join our growing team. Employee engagement, Training and development to be done on regular basis. Relevant educational seminars and team building exercises must be conducted.
Employee Performance Monitoring

Will be actively working with management to assign and allocating roles and responsibilities of every employee. The organization chart will be reviewed and duplications must be spotted. Employee performance metrics have to be closely monitored and reported on a regular basis and feedback should be given to boost their output.
Administration

Responsible for day-to-day smooth functioning of essential activities like electricity, sanitation, repair work, upkeep of hardware, machinery maintenance and general hygiene. From time to time, take on renovation projects, structural changes as the needs increase due to expansion.
Experience Should have worked in manufacturing companies & lead a team
