  • Male Candidates with 7-9 years of exp in Secretarial function of assisting Top Management .
  • Scheduling appointments, Tracking of appointments and Managing the top management diary
  • Arrangement of travel, accommodation
  • Managing and responding to official mails of top management
  • Maintaining client files in such a way to retrieve easily incase of requirements
  • Maintaining files in system and in shelf in a neat and organized way for easy retrieval and protecting the same from deletion /damage
  • Candidate should possess good communication skills with good writing abilities .
