Male candidate with 6-10 years of exp in Farm management ( Farms of Vegetables, Fruits , Multi crops) with Horticulture/Agriculture qualification
Candidate should be able to manage farms of 500 Plus acres
HE should have handled farms of 300 Plus acres individually
Should be conversant of identifying seeds appropriate to the land, location, supply chain, labor availability, season, water source .
He should be able to manage the team in achieving the organization objectives
