We are hiring!!! Position: Agency Recruitment/Development Manager (ARDM)   ADM's Responsibilities: Execution of sales strategy. Responsible for recruitment and management of Agents / Advisors. Train and motivate advisors to provide a better understanding of market / products. Monitor and review agents performance. Help them achieve maximum business Meet customer on a regular basis for achieving standards Supervise and liaise with Self Help Group /Micro Finance Institution /NGOs etc.   Any graduates can apply.   Experience: Minimum 6months of experience in any field sales, NBFC / BFSI is preferred.   Work Location : Tirupur   Interested candidates / references can call - 9952073***.
